Co-owned by both Indian and Scottish directors with a combined experience of over 30 years in the Call Centre industry, they were eager to change the perception around Indian outsourcing. All go through cultural and accent coaching and are very experienced in the call centre industry speaking with customers in the UK, United States and Australia.

Denver has incredible vision, drive, passion and always offers his clients value for money and world class quality. These consistent values and messages that he instills in his workforce are infectious, and the root cause of Full Circle BPO’s success within the industry. His extensive knowledge of the call centre industry together with impeccable networking and communication skills, make him a force to be reckoned with.

Joanne Camoens

With over 12 years experience in the Telecommunications industry working within Operations, Management, Telesales, Learning & Development, Project Management, and Outsourcing Joanne has extensive knowledge in client relationships and business management

Joanne specializes in designing tailored client solutions to meet company standards, exceed targets, meet objectives within costs, maintaining customer satisfaction scores, whilst adhering to contractual agreements.

Joanne is CELTA, IELTS TTT, and BEC TTT qualified which not only promotes Full Circle BPO's staff flexibility to changing campaigns and client requests, but also assists in developing their communications skills and cultural awareness to our global customers.
